Alligator Pie Art Furniture is created in a yurt studio in Lake Oswego, Oregon overlooking the Willamette River. The "factory" produces colorful, whimsical, one-of-a-kind furnishings that includes storage units, tables, chairs, rockers, toyboxes, and accessories for adults and little people.
Rebecca Abraham, the designer, worker bee, marketing genius and delivery driver, escaped the architecture world of 20 years to continue working with furniture design, utilizing complex color schemes on custom designed architectural and whimsical furnishings. Non-toxic, eco-friendly paints, stains, and finishes are applied to pine and alder for interior environments. A durable marine paint is applied for exterior furniture. Inspiration for each piece varies greatly. Travel, folk art, literature or even a single drawer pull may inspire the artist.
Custom orders are always welcome and include designing new furniture, themes or colors in response to the client's needs. Recycled or new furniture may also be brought to Alligator Pie, stripped and ready to go.
